Challenge—

Easynet was moving into the highly competitive pan-European networking market. It needed to find a compelling point of difference when competing with bigger, more powerful competitors like BT Global or Equant.

Solution—

The focus was on demonstrating tangible differences in Easynet’s flexibility, service or approach to delivering a network solution when compared to the one-size and one-service level fits all approach of competitors.

The campaign was created out of compelling stories of how Easynet had delivered extreme satisfaction resulting in a ‘happy ending‘ for its customers. Long copy ads were placed in areas where people were more likely to read them e.g. BA’s Business Life in-flight magazine, supported with business card sized Z-cards served with Club Class meal trays. The campaign was then extended through all of Easynet’s above and below-the-line marketing
