Challenge—
Many technology companies sell through channel partners. Avaya is no different. But the recession has made it more important than ever to support partners’ sales efforts. Sadly it has also limited the budget that can be invested. Avaya turned to Banner for an answer.
Solution—
We developed a co-funded search campaign that could be used by leading Avaya business partners across EMEA. We allowed them to tailor their campaigns by geography, industry and solution while also ensuring brand visibility for Avaya. And we combined Google’s latest template tools with bespoke customisation technology to efficiently scale the programme to multiple retail partners with limited budgets (all while providing them with best-practise campaign setup, optimisation and reporting).
Results—
The key result was that Avaya was seen to actively support their resellers’ success, strengthening their key partnerships throughout EMEA. These partners got higher visibility, tighter targeting and, as a result, a strong campaign ROI. In short, everybody won.
